General Summary
The Senior IT Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing multiple large-scale, complex technology programs and projects within Harris County Universal Services. This role requires strong leadership, program and project management skills, and technical expertise to oversee the successful execution of strategic IT programs and projects, from inception through delivery. The Senior IT Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the County to ensure programs align with business objectives and are delivered on time and within scope and budget, and supervise and provide guidance to Senior Project Managers.
Location: Houston, Texas (This position does not provide relocation)
Working Hours: 8 hours/day
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Combination of working onsite and at home)
