Business Systems Analyst – MUST HAVE FRONT OFFICE & E-TRADING EXPERIENCE Client: Big 5 Bank Location: Downtown Toronto. 2 days in office Duration of Contract/Perm: 6-month rolling contract with potential to extend for up to 2 years. Hours/week: 37.5 hours/week Start date: December/January Job Description Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and maintain detailed business requirements and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing systems. Work on Swaps trading applications and integrations between trading venues (e.g., Tradeweb, MarketAxess). Engage directly with the Front Office to understand and fulfill their requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital markets, with a focus on fixed income and Swaps. Experience working on Swaps trading applications and integration projects. Knowledge of SQL and Python. Proficiency in Broadway, DSTs, and Axe platforms is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
