FUNCTION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Infrastructure-IT Director, the IT Infrastructure Tech Lead participates in the design, deployment and maintenance of infrastructure solutions that support Groupe Leclerc’s activities. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical leadership to the IT infrastructure team. Define and implement the infrastructure strategy, in alignment with business needs and Group orientations. Guarantee infrastructure availability, performance, security and scalability, using the most appropriate technologies (Fortinet, Windows, Azure, access management, etc.). Supervise and optimize infrastructure operations, ensuring compliance with best practices, standards and procedures. Manage infrastructure projects, ensuring planning, monitoring, communication and risk management. Monitor technology and propose innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of infrastructure services. Support the IT Infrastructure Manager in various projects. SKILLS AND APTITUDES REQUIRED
You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience. You have a minimum of 12 years’ experience as a system and network administrator, including 2 years as a Tech Lead or Project Manager. You demonstrate strong project management, communication and leadership skills. You are rigorous, autonomous, proactive and customer-oriented. You have a good level of written and spoken English, and are able to work in English on a daily basis to support all Group plants. You have OT experience, or an interest in the field. You have knowledge of the following technologies or concepts:SD-Wan, ZTNA, IP fabric principles, OSPF, Cisco, Fortinet, SASEVMWare, Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server, LinuxAzure, AWS, Hub & Spoke, multi-cloudRBAC/ABAC, PIM, PAM, Bastion, Entra ID, ADRubrik, Zerto, backup, resilience, DR, PRA, PCASource ⇲
