Our utilities client is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to develop SOPs, process analysis and design for infrastructure and cyber security projects – 20961
This is initially a 12-month contract. Hybrid working model in the Lower Mainland. 37.5 hrs/week
Must Have:
Experience with enterprise infrastructure projects (e.g. build of new environments, DR, network reconfiguration, servers’ migration)
Experience with the following artifacts for infrastructure projects
Functional and non-functional requirements
Process analysis and design
Test cases/scripts development
Development of SOPs for support teams
Nice to Have:
Experience with enterprise cybersecurity projects (e.g. OS system hardening, implementation of security standards, network segmentation, system recovery)
Support/operational experience with desktops, windows/Unix servers
