IT Helpdesk Associate

IT Helpdesk Associate will offer support and technical assistance to users who are using software, hardware , install new PC station, maintain warehouse system and storage

• Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques for PC, Printers and related Devices
• Install or replace PC, hardware, software, and mobile device
• Install MS office(365), windows 10,11 and manage account.
• Manage IT inventory and purchase IT devices.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse system and storage
• End-user support for network-related issues
• Server room management
• Manage company phone system
• Other IT-related tasks given by a manager

The anticipated compensation range is

19.25 – 36.55 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
