RQ06673 Specialized IT Consultant

This is a contract position for a Specialized IT Consultant for our public sector client.
Work location: Downtown Toronto
Duration: Twelve Months
7.25 hours/day
This is a Hybrid role that requires the candidate to be onsite 3 days of the week (This is a mandatory requirement of the role and is non-negotiable outside of exceptional circumstances.)

Responsibilities
– Leading the change management activities within the EPPM Service Optimization project for CSC
– Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness
– Supporting training and communication as part of change management including designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate user groups
– Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact
– Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level
– Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change
– Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the adoption of the changes and any required next steps

Qualifications
– 7+ Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Nice to have:
– Knowledge/Experience with Planview Enterprise
